As I was browsing my unpublished drafts for this blog, I saw this poem by Kim In Hu which I had intended to use as an opener for a blog post months ago. This should have been published earlier this year but I never had the time to finish the blog.
I guess I was feeling like a blue mountain that time and I feel the same at present. And since I don’t have the courage to write in long-form (Yes, courage. Did you know that writing is a vulnerable act?), I’ll just add my reply to Kim In Hu.
Kim In Hu:The blue mountains
are what they are, so are the green waters. The mountains and rivers are what they are. Why shouldn’t I who live with them be just what I am? I want a life as real as theirs, because I am a part of the universe, too.
My response:The mountains and rivers are what they are, So are you who’s both and more, Your realities and dreams are who you are. Why should you who live in them be more than what you are? You have a life as real as theirs, because you are part of this multiverse, too.
